A day in the life…
Woke up with a splitting headache. The boiler packed up …just great! Sluggishly had my bath and then my 7:20 ride rings the bell! Off to the station, it’s another day to justify my pay.
Good Lord this young man didn’t just emit that gaseous substance! The things crawling in some people’s tummy! Oh wow is that Bdon?
Hey Bdon, longest time.
Beginning of my 9am to 5pm work! Boss man is giving me his fake sweet smile, dude you need to stop already!
Then to the GP to diagnose what this coughing and sneezing is all about. Then he confirms what I already knew, It isn’t just hay fever, it includes flu too… God knows I hate being ill. Now I need to take things easy.
Boss if you’re reading this did you hear that? Doctor says I NEED to take things easy.
Lunch with my friend has been cancelled, her spread sheet ain’t making sense, oh well, deal with it. Work, Work & more work!
This cough is killing me and I’m signing out! What to eat *tapping my finger*. Pizza to the rescue! Flicking through the channels and eating in peace.
Then off to Heathrow to continue my 5pm to 9am job. This bag must get to Lagos any which way! Phew thank God, my contact is still on point. Another happy customer.
As I lay on my bed … I can only say thank God …
